It says that you can turn in any pictures of the special memories you had with Shinhwa since 1998 till present. It can be something personal like your first Shinhwa album or a special place that connects you back to Shinhwa. The due date is March 10, 2013 and you have to email it to them with your name, date, and the place you're sending it from. The winners (15 of them) are going to recieve Shinhwa's signed 11th album. Sorry it's not very detailed but hope it helps!
